About the Practitioner

Lei Ann Resurreccion, MAOM, Lic.Ac. is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture where she received her dual concentration Masters degree in Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine with a certificate in Japanese acupuncture. She is licensed to practice Oriental Medicine by the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University. While the nature of Chinese medicine diagnosis allows all conditions to be treated, Lei Ann has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine issues. She is also a practitioner of the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture System.

Lei Ann’s interest in Chinese medicine stems from her love of martial arts. She has studied kung fu for over 14 years and is a nationally certified instructor in the Wah Lum system of northern praying mantis kung fu. She currently trains and teaches at the Boston Wah Lum school located in Chinatown. She is aspiring to continue the ancient tradition of true Chinese kung fu masters also being great healers.
